I am Aleksandr Klimin
Telecommunications engineer by profession, but I have never worked as an engineer. All my experience is in sales, I started at age 18 selling wholesale cell phones and then worked for over 10 years in multinational corporations as a key account executive in the telecommunications industry for companies such as Telecom Russia, Telecom France, American Xerox and an English ITSM products company. While working at Xerox, I saw some analytics software for audience segmentation used by one of our partners and became interested in moving into mass retail and trying my hand at online business.
And here it all started
In 2014 I decided to change my life, I quit my stable job and came to Chile to build an online business. In this country then all this was just beginning. I had to start from scratch, take many courses and read many books. Of course, there was a lot of trial and error. Every year everything changes in online sales programs and advertising platforms and continues to change every day. You need to keep learning, but not everything new really affects sales and is worth the money they charge for it.
All my products were 5-10 times more expensive than the market average at the beginning of sales and no one believed in their success, especially in the initial stages of working with social networks. But thanks to the right marketing moves, all the products were accepted by the market and became successful.
As all our brands are international, there was constant communication between different countries and we shared our experiences. It turned out that my experience and ideas were the most efficient and were successfully applied in other markets. And thus the idea was born to provide consulting services to other entrepreneurs by sharing my experience and knowledge that helped me to constantly be on the cutting edge with an active online business with several stores and brands.
