Can I get a refund?

If you have an iOS device:
First you need to cancel your subscription in your Apple ID in the 'Subscriptions' section.

If you'd like to get your money back, you should get in touch with App Store following this link - https://reportaproblem.apple.com, since they handle all payment questions.

How to check my subscription plan and renewal/expiration date?

To review your subscription, please:

- go to the main screen
- tap on menu or setting icon in the upper left corner
- tap on My subscription

Here you can see your subscription plan and renewal/expiration date.

Please note that if you have a trial period now, here you will see the date of its expiration. As soon as your trial period is over, you will see the date of your paid subscription renewal.

How I change my payment plan?

If you have an iOS device:

  1) Open the settings of your device.
  2) Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3) Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4) Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I cancel my trial or subscription?

It's a pity that you have decided to cancel your Instories subscription. However, if your decision is final, then follow the instructions:

To cancel the subscription:

1. Open the Settings of your device.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

How can I get an invoice after my purchase?

The invoice is sent by App Store to the email that is connected to your Apple ID.

If you didn't receive it, please contact the store. We sell the subscription via the app stores, so we can't issue invoices.
